IMPORTANT NOTICES:  

 The 2012 season is coming quickly! This weekend we will start registration and if you signup one of the first three weekends you get a $10 discount per player. You only need to bring Birth Certificates if you are new to the league, and you don’t need to show proof of where you live anyone in West Virginia is allowed to register with our Babe Ruth League.

The divisions in baseball will be the same as last year;

T-Ball 4-6 years old (boys and girls, 6 year olds are permitted to try out for Rookie if they are ready)

Rookie 6-8 years old (machine pitch)

Cal Ripken Minor 9-10 (player pitching)

Cal Ripken Major 11-12 (50/70 ,meaning 50’ pitchers mound 70’ bases. This program starts teaching players how to steal bases and pitchers/catchers to hold runners on bases and starts preparing them for the next jump to Jr. League)

Jr. League 13-16 (90’ diamond)

The divisions in Softball, we adding 12U back into the league;

Rookie 8U girls 6-8 years old (machine softball pitch)

Fast Pitch 10U girls 9-10 (11” ball player pitch from 35’)

Fast Pitch 12U girls 11-12 (12” ball player pitch from 40’)

Fast Pitch 16U girls 13-16 (12” ball player pitch from 43’)

Registration information is as follows;

Jan. 28^th 9am-12pm South Jefferson Elementary

Cost $65 for first child, $55 for second and $45 for Third

Jan. 29^th 4pm-7pm Ranson Civic Center

Cost $65 for first child, $55 for second and $45 for Third

Feb 4^th 9am-12pm South Jefferson Elementary

Cost $65 for first child, $55 for second and $45 for Third

Feb 5^th 1pm-3pm Ranson Civic Center

Cost $65 for first child, $55 for second and $45 for Third

 Feb 11^th 9am-12pm South Jefferson Elementary

Cost $65 for first child, $55 for second and $45 for Third

Feb 12^th 4pm-7pm Ranson Civic Center

Cost $65 for first child, $55 for second and $45 for Third

Feb 18^th 9am-12pm South Jefferson Elementary

Cost $75 for first child, $65 for second and $55 for Third

Feb 19^th 4pm-7pm Ranson Civic Center

Cost $75 for first child, $65 for second and $55 for Third

Feb 25^th 9am-12pm South Jefferson Elementary

Tryouts will be held March 10^th and 11^th at the Ranson Civic Center times and groups will be announced closer to the date.
