This is a reminder Saturday February 25th we have scheduled a coaches meeting to discuss the up coming try-outs, field maintenance day and coaches Code of Conduct. The meeting will be held at 2:00pm in the cafeteria at South Jefferson Elementary school any questions please contact me.
Only Three sign up dates remaining Feb. 25th, March 3rd and March 4th at boys try-outs!
Feb 25th9am-12pm South Jefferson Elementary
Cost $75 for first child, $65 for second and $55 for Third
Mar 3rd 9am-12pm South Jefferson Elementary
Mar 4th Ranson Civic at boys tryouts, no new girls will be permitted to sign-up on this date
Any family experiencing finical hardship during these hard times please come in pull us to the side and let us know, we do not turn children away, everyone should get the opportunity to play!
T-Ball 4-6 years old (boys and girls, 6 year olds are permitted to try out for Rookie if they are ready)
Rookie 6-8 years old (machine pitch)
Cal Ripken Minor 9-10 (player pitching)
Cal Ripken Major 11-12 (50/70 ,meaning 50’ pitchers mound 70’ bases. This program starts teaching players how to steal bases and pitchers/catchers to hold runners on bases and starts preparing them for the next jump to Jr. League)
Jr. League 13-16 (90’ diamond)
The divisions in Softball, we adding 12U back into the league;
Rookie 8U girls 6-8 years old (machine softball pitch)
Fast Pitch 10U girls 9-10 (11” ball player pitch from 35’)
Fast Pitch 12U girls 11-12 (12” ball player pitch from 40’)
Fast Pitch 16U girls 13-16 (12” ball player pitch from 43’)
